This warning displays when calculations cause an employee's total hours to exceed the leave rate's accumulation limit.

Fixing the Over Accumulation Limit warning

1. Review the list of calculated leave time hours.

2. Verify the amounts calculated for each employee are correct.

Are the calculated leave time hours correct?

  • Yes, the calculated leave time hours are correct. You're done.

  • No, the calculated leave time hours are not correct. Continue to the next step.

3. Click Close to exit Calculate Leave Time.

4. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Enter Leave Time Adjustments. Use Enter Leave Time Adjustments to correct the employee's leave time hours.

5. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > Leave Register. Print the Leave Register to verify the leave time adjustment.

You're done.
