Import Hours from Timekeeping

 

If you're using Connect Timekeeping to track employee clock in and clock out times, you will need to import the hours worked from the Timekeeping application in to the Payroll application. Payroll will use the imported hours to calculate employee benefits, deductions, and payroll checks. 

Here's what you can do after hours are imported from Timekeeping: 

  • Calculate benefits, deductions, and payroll checks. 

  • Adjust hours worked for an employee. Including changing the pay code that was assigned to an entry and changing the number of hours.

 

The step to import hours from Timekeeping is usally included in the Payroll steps checklist. If it isn't part of the steps checklist, call customer support at (800) 228-9851 for assistance.
