What is the employee's anniversary date?

Change or view the employee's anniversary date. The anniversary date occurs on the same day each year to mark one full year of employment. Payroll can use the employee's hire date, start date, or anniversary date to adjust the rate for calculating the employee's leave time accruals.

Viewing the employee's anniversary date

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Use the field titled Employee to enter the employee name or number. Press Enter.

3. Click to select the Job tab.

4. Click to select the Job subtab.

5. Find the field titled Anniversary Date.

Payroll displays the date that marks the employee's anniversary date.  

 

Changing the employee's anniversary date

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Use the field titled Employee to enter the employee name or number. Press Enter.

3. Click to select the Job tab.

4. Click to select the Job subtab.

5. Click to select the field titled Anniversary Date.

6. Enter a new anniversary date.

Payroll uses the new anniversary date to calculate leave time accruals that use the anniversary date.
