Calculate Benefit Amounts
If transmittals exist for the pay period, this warning will be displayed. Transmittals should only be calculated once for the pay period, unless you want to make adjustments to the benefit entries or delete and recalculate benefits.

Click Yes to create benefit entries for the difference between the previously calculated benefit amount and the new calculated benefit amount.

Click No to exit and delete the calculated benefit transactions and then recalculate benefits for the pay period.

Click Cancel to exit.
This dialog box gives you a quick way of knowing when transmittals have already been created for the pay period. It also gives you a way to edit the existing entries or replace them without editing the employee record or restarting the Each Pay Period checklist.
