How do I view unapplied payments?

Inquiry

Look up the unapplied payment on an account. You can view the prior billed amount, current billed amount, current unbilled amount, and future billed amount. The current unbilled amount will include miscellaneous fees, additional fees, and unapplied payment.

2. Look up an account.

3. Click to select the Payoff tab.
