A late fee is a charge for payment that is past due. Use Calculate Late Fees to assess charges for payments that are past due.

Run this routine to bill late fees on payments that are over due.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Property Improvements > Owners > Calculate Late Fees.
2. Fill in the options on the form.
3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
The late fees calculate.
Options
Current period
The current period is the period the system will use to record transactions. The field displays multiple when more than one period is selected.
Date
The Transaction Date is the date the system will use to record the entry.

No, I want to use a different date. Click on the Date field to enter a MM/DD/YYYY.
Description
A description is a word or phrase that describes the character or features of the record.
What is the description?
Use the Description field to enter a word or phrase (50 characters or less).
