What is a book adjustment?

Book adjustments are not used very often. When you start using Connect, you may notice a book adjustment to enter the beginning bank reconciliation balance. There may be special circumstances that impact your organization. However, most organizations rarely, if ever, need to enter a book adjustment.

Remember, entering a book adjustment in bank reconciliation will change the book balance without changing the account balance.
