When does the current year end?

The current year-end is the last day in the current year. For example, City X's uses July through June as the fiscal year. In this scenario, the current year-end is 6/30/20YY. On the other hand, City Z uses the calendar year as the fiscal year, which means the current year-end for City Z is 12/31/20YY.

Important! Contact customer service at (800) 243-8275 if you need to change the current year-end.

Changing the current year end

1. Open Connect General Ledger > Organization > Organization.

2. Find the field titled Current Year End on the Organization tab.

3. Click to select the field titled Current Year End.

4. Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that marks the end of the fiscal year.

The year-end is saved.
