Journal Out of Balance: The journal total does not equal zero. Are you sure you want to leave this journal and period?

Clicking Yes will change the journal and period to the journal and period that you have selected. You will be prompted to create an offset transaction.

Clicking No will stay in the current journal and period.

Bank Reconciliation Exists: There is a bank reconciliation that exists for this journal code and period. Are you sure you want to continue?

Clicking Yes means that you will continue working in the journal and period that you have selected.

Clicking No will prompt you to enter a different period.

Invalid Account: GL account [###########] is not found. Would you like to add the account?

Issue: The account is not found in the Chart of Accounts.

Clicking Yes will open Chart of Accounts (Organization > Chart of Accounts) so you can add a new account.

Clicking No will leave the account as is. You will be prompted to use a valid GL account. You cannot save a transaction that uses an invalid GL account.

Access Denied: Insufficient rights to access: Modify Journal Amounts

Issue: The user does not have user rights to modify journal amounts.
