How do I add an attachment in Journal Inquiry?

Add the Attachments column to the Detail tab to show a paperclip when a transaction has an attachment. Clicking on the paperclip will open the attachment for viewing. Watch this video to see how to add the Attachments column (2m31s).

Do this...
1. Open Connect General Ledger > Journals > Journal Inquiry.
2. Click the Detail tab.
3. Right-click on the column header row and select Column Chooser.

The Drag and Drop Columns dialog box displays on the screen.

4. Click and drag Attachments to the column header row.
The Attachments column is added to the column header row. To save your changes, right-click on the column header row again and select Save Layout.
