Add the widget to look up information in General Ledger. Adding Budget Summary widget to My Dashboard allows you to search the General Ledger database for budget transactions. If you need more information, you can use the drill-down tool to show the transaction detail.

Before you get started

Set up Connect to allow access to General Ledger in Connect Online. See the help topic titled How do I assign user rights? in System Management.

Adding the Budget Summary widget

1. Open My Dashboard.

2. Click Settings .

3. Select Budget Summary.

The widget titled Budget Summary displays on My Dashboard.
