How do I use templates?

A template a form layout with structured fields. The structured field allows you to select the fields to sync in Caselle applications with the fields from the third-party document management software.
Caselle will provide some templates that you can use to create new templates. If you need to set up a custom template, call customer support at (800) 243-8275 for assistance.
