What if my scanner isn't working?

First, check to see if your scanner has a TWAIN driver. The Document Management Scanner needs a TWAIN driver to scan documents. To check if a TWAIN driver is installed, open the Document Management Scanner app. Next. select Scanner and choose Select Scanner Source.

Select the scanner that you are using to scan documents.

Select Source

If there's a problem, an error message will display on the screen with troubleshooting information. Follow the instructions in the error message. If the problem persists, contact customer support at (800) 243-8275.
