How do I log in to the Document Management Client?
The Document Management Client is not the same as the Document Management app in Caselle applications. The Document Management app is an interface between the Caselle applications and the data that is stored in the Document Management database. The Document Management Client provides you with direct access to the files you have stored in the Document Management database without using the tools in Caselle applications to access it.
Logging in
1. Double-click the shortcut on your desktop titled Caselle Documents.
The Caselle Document Management Client launches.
2. Click the button to expand the options.

4. Click to select the Document Management Server.
5. Enter the user name and password.
6. Click Log In.
You are logged in to the Document Management Client.
Troubleshooting
Before you can log in, you must install the Document Management Server and Document Management Client. Call customer support for assistance.
