How do I print a customer copy receipt for a credit card?

Set up a credit card payment type to print a copy of the receipt for the customer.
Setting up a credit card payment type to print a customer copy receipt
1. Open Connect Cash Receipting > Organization > Payment Types.
2. Look up a credit card payment type and then press Enter.

3. Select the checkbox titled Provide a Customer Copy Receipt.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
When you use this credit card payment type, Connect will print a customer copy receipt.
Changing a credit card payment type to not print a customer copy receipt
1. Open Connect Cash Receipting > Organization > Payment Types.
2. Look up a credit card payment type and then press Enter.
3. Remove the checkmark from the Provide a Customer Copy Receipt checkbox.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
When you use this credit card payment type, Connect will NOT print a customer copy receipt.
