Offense Schedule
An offense schedule lists the crimes and punishable violations that have been set up as offense and fine codes.
Examples of commonly used offense types include Traffic, Ordinance, Misdemeanor, etc. Listed under the offense type titled Traffic, you might find moving, non-moving, and driver license violations; under Misdemeanor may be theft and DUI, while Ordinance includes violations for animals and waste and weeds.
A court may request an offense type to group together violations for statistical purposes.
