Collections Report

A collection is a payment that is collected on a case. Print the Collections Report to view the transaction detail for collection amounts or summarize collections by assessment type. The report shows the paid portion of the disposition and the payment received date, which the clerk uses to distribute funds.

Printing collections report

1. Open Connect Court Management > Reports > Collections Report.

2. Select a report title.

3. Do you want to use the current month as the report date range?

  • Yes, I want to use the current month. Continue to the next step.

  • No, I want to use a different date range. Change the Report Date, or click Advanced Options.  

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The report prints.
