Case Report
A case is an abbreviated term that refers to a cause for action, lawsuit, or the right to sue. Use the Case Report to print the case information and detail.

Print Case Report
You can print the Case Report using Setup/Modify Existing Cases or running the Case Report from the Reports menu.
From Setup/Modify Existing Cases...
When a case number is selected in Setup New Case or Modify Existing Cases, click the Print (CTRL+P) to print the Case Report.
From the Reports menu...
1. Open Connect Court Management > Reports > Case Report.
2. Select a report title.
3. Now, select the report date range and sections to print.
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report prints.
Options
All defendant cases
A defendant is a person who has been charged with a criminal offense or civil action. Use All Defendant Cases all of the cases that have been created for the defendant.
All transactions
A transaction is an exchange or transfer of goods, services, or funds. Use All Transactions to print every transaction for the defendant in date order.
Alternate orders
An alternate order refers to a sentence given by a judge instead of or in addition to the assessed fine. Use Alternate Orders to list the alternate orders, if any, for the current case number.
Alternate order detail
Use Alternate Order Detail to print the small elements, or pieces, that make up the alternate order.
Case information
Case Information refers to the following information:

Case notes
Use Case Notes to print comments saved with the case number on the report.
Contract
A contract is a formal agreement to fulfill an obligation, such as an unpaid balance. Use Contract to print the contract for the case number.
Contract detail
Use Contract Detail to print the small elements, or pieces, that make up the contract.
Defendant information
Defendant Information refers to the following information:

Defendant name and number

Address and telephone numbers

Social Security number

Driver License number and state
Defendant notes
Use Defendant Notes to print comments saved for the defendant on the report.
Dispositions
A disposition is the final settlement, the outcome or final judgment, of a case. Use Dispositions to list the dispositions assigned to the case number on the report in date order.

Offenses
An offense is a crime or punishable violation of law of any type or magnitude. Use Offenses to list the offense recorded on the case number. This information includes:

Payments
A payment is compensation that is given in return for goods or services. Use Payments to include funds received as payment for fines, fees, etc.

Weight and height
Trusts
A trust is a legal document that records the bail bond amount, address, date, and terms. Use Trusts to print the bail bond amount and balance.
Trust detail
Use Trust Detail to print the small elements, or pieces, that make up the trust agreement.
Warrants
A warrant is a court order that directs a law enforcement officer to arrest and bring a person before the judge. Use Warrants to include warrants assigned to the case number.
Vehicle information
Vehicle Information includes these items:
