How do I set up a violation notice form?

Set up the forms that you will use to send to a property owner for a code violation; an overdue code violation; a delinquent code violation; first, second, and final violation notices; and so on. Use the Forms Designer to create the violation notice forms.

Setting up a violation notice form

1. Open Connect Community Development > Organization > Forms.

2. When the Form Type window displays, select Violation Notice and then click Accept.

3. Select Violation Letter and click Open.

4. Before you continue, save the form as a new form. Select File | Save As.

5. Click Save As New Form, enter a form name, and then click Save.

6. Now, update the violation form to include the text and variables. When you're done, click Save again to save your changes.
