How do I launch Property Inquiry?
Properties
Use Property Inquiry to search and review a transaction and transaction details. If you want to display additional information, use the drill-down tool to look into the record properties. The information displayed in Inquiry is view only, which means that information can be seen but not edited or updated.

Launching Property Inquiry from the Main Menu
Click the Property Inquiry icon on the Main Menu.

Click the link titled Property Inquiry.

Click the Property Inquiry button (CTRL+I) on the toolbar.

Adding an appointment
You can add a new appointment to an inspection.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Community Development > Property Inquiry.
2. Click the Property tab.
3. Click the Inspections tab.

4. Click Add a New Appointment.

The Schedule Appointment form displays on the screen.
5. Fill in the Schedule Appointment form.

Assigned to
This field shows the person who is assigned to the appointment.
Start time
The time when the appointment begins.
End time
The time when the appointment ends.
Description
A description of the appointment type.
Additional contacts
A list of contacts (contractors, inspectors, and contacts).
Add contractor
Add a new contractor to the contacts list.
Add inspector
Add a new inspector to the contacts list.
Add contact
Add a new contact to the contacts list.

Showing related properties
Look up the properties listed as related properties on the property.
Related Properties tab
Clicking the Information button will open the related property in a separate tab in Property Inquiry.
