How do I launch Project Inquiry?

Projects

Use Inquiry to search and review a transactions and transaction details. If you want to display additional information, use the drill-down tool to look into the record properties. The information displayed in Inquiry is view only, which means that information can be seen but not edited or updated.

Click the Project Inquiry icon on the Community Development main menu.

Adding an appointment for approvals

1. To add an appointment to an approval, click the Approvals tab.

2. Select an approval.

3. Click Add a New Appointment.

The Schedule Appointment form displays on the screen.

4. Fill in the appointment details and then click OK.

 

Adding an appointment

You can add a new appointment to an inspection.

Do this...

1. Open Connect Community Development > Property Inquiry.

2. Click the Inspections tab.

3. Click Add a New Appointment.

5. Fill in the Schedule Appointment form.

Assigned to

This field shows the person who is assigned to the appointment.

Start time

The time when the appointment begins.

End time

The time when the appointment ends.

Description

A description of the appointment type.

Additional contacts

A list of  contacts (contractors, inspectors, and contacts).

Add contractor

Add a new contractor to the contacts list.

Add inspector

Add a new inspector to the contacts list.

Add contact

Add a new contact to the contacts list.
