How do I set up a fee that calculates using total valuation?

Use total valuation to assess a fee.

You can tell which fees use total valuation to calculate because the column titled Unit of Measure lists "Total Valuation".

When a fee lists "Total Valuation" as the Unit of Measure, you will need to fill in the total valuation of the new permit here...

Clicking Enter will update the fee quantity to show the total valuation amount and the fee amount.
