How do I check if a contractor has an active license?

Check contractor license expiration dates.

When you enter a contractor license, Connect will look up the expiration date that is saved on the contractor's license and the contractor's insurance. If the expiration date occurs after the current date, Connect will display a warning message on the contractor's record.

Checking for an active contractor license

1. Open Connect Community Development > Organization > Organization.

2. Click to select the Organization tab.

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Validate Contractor Licenses.

Connect will check if the contractor's license has not expired.
