Why can't I see an inspection in my queue? (Connect Online)

Troubleshoot inspections that you should be seeing when you log in.
Is the inspection assigned to you?
Unless you have access to see inspections for everyone, Connect Online will only show you the inspections assigned to you. If there's a inspection out there that you should be working on, check with your manager to make sure the inspection is assigned to you and not to someone else.
Is it a new inspection that was just created?
If the inspection was just created, try clicking the Reload button on the Internet web browser to refresh the inspection list. The Reload button (CTRL+R) is usually located near the beginning of the web address, like this in Google Chrome...
