How do I change the business classification?
Caselle uses the classification field for reporting.
The classification field is a self-validating field, which means you can add new classifications to the classifications list.
Changing the business classification
1. Open Connect Business Tax Collection > Businesses > Modify Existing Businesses.
2. Use the Look Up bar to enter a business name or account number. Press Enter.
3. Find the field titled Classification on the Business tab.

4. Use the Classification menu to select the business's classification.
This is a self-validating field. If the classification is not included in the menu, you can click on the Classification field and type it in. Caselle will add the new classification to the list of items in the Classification menu.
5. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The classification assigned to the business is updated.
