License Status List
The license status is the state or condition of the license. A license is active when the license is valid. A license is not active when the license has expired. Use the License Status List to print licenses and license billing information by licenses status: Active, Closed, Denied, Exempt, Inactive, Pending, and Suspended.
Printing a license status list
1. Open Connect Business License > Reports > License Status List.
2. Select a report title.
3. Select the Status.
The status is the state or condition of the license. Click to select the corresponding checkbox to include the licenses assigned to the status on the report.
Active
A license is active when it does NOT have an activation or termination date, has an activation date that occurs after the current date, or has a termination date that occurs before the current date.
Closed
A license is closed when the license status is set to closed.
Denied
A license is denied when the organization applies for a license and is refused.
Exempt
A license is exempt when (1) a license is exempt from tax, or (2) a license is used in the Business Tax Collection application and the license is not billed for licensing.
Inactive
A license is inactive when it has an activation or termination date, has an activation date that occurs after the current date, or has a termination date that occurs before the current date.
Pending
A license is pending when the license is waiting for approval.
Suspended
A license is suspended when the license is temporarily deferred until outstanding issues are resolved.
4. Set up the Include License Billing Information checkbox.
A license billing information are the variables that the routine used to calculate the license billing. Use Include License Billing Information to include the rate number, rate description, billing quantity, and minimum amount for each license.
5. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report prints.
