Printing a business license by business name
1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Business/License Forms.
2. Select Business/License Forms - Business License as the Title.
3. Set up the Selection Criteria to select the Business Name.
Double-click ALL
Business.Business name in the Selection Criteria
Use the Values form to select the business name. You can Search this field.
Enter Value
Click OK.
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The Print Forms dialog box displays on the screen.

5. Click Yes.
The business license prints.

Printing a business license by paid date
You can set up the report to print licenses that were paid by a certain date.

Do this...
1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Business/License Forms.
2. Select Business/License Forms - Business License as the Title.
3. Set up the Selection Criteria to include the License Payment Date.
Double-click the column titled Column.

Select License.Last Payment Date and move it to the Selected Selection Criteria Fields list.

Click OK.
4. Set up the License.Last Payment Date to select the payment date range.
Double-click ALL next to License.Last Payment Date.

Enter the start date in the payment date range and press Enter.
Values
Enter the last date in the payment date range and then click Range End.

The payment date range displays in this area.

Click OK.
5. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The Print Forms dialog box displays on the screen.

6. Click Yes.
The business license prints for every license that has been paid during the payment date range.
