If you have set up and saved a penalty rate and the penalty rate will not calculate, you may need to check to see if the Rates Subject to Penalty is set up correctly. All of the rates that should use the penalty rate to calculate a penalty should be included on this tab. For more information, see the section titled Adding a penalty rate.
