Checking for active businesses without billing transactions

Checkout and Recalculate

Checkout can find out if an active business has billing transactions created for it. The billing transactions mean the business is tied to an active license and an owner.

Checking for an owner who isn't linked to a business

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Owner Information.

3. Click to select the Verify a business exists for each owner checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Any owners that don't have a business will be listed in the error report.

Solution

To fix this issue, review the license billing information. (Modify Existing Businesses > Licenses tab)
