Check for licenses with no license billings

Checkout and Recalculate

Search for licenses that do not have any transactions for license billings. Each active license should have license billing transactions, which is how you know when the license is set up to bill and it's billing as expected. 

 

Checking for license billings

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout. 

2. Click to select License Information. 

3. Click to select the Check for licenses with no license billings checkbox. 

4. Click GO (CTRL+G). 

A license that is missing billing transactions will be included in the error report. 

 

Solution

To fix this issue, 

  • review the license billing information. You need to check if the license billing information (Billings tab) is set up to bill the correct rate, quantity, minimum amount, amount to be billed, and so on. (Modify Exisitng Businesses) 

  • check if the license is tied to an active business. If the business is not active, then the license will not be billed. (Modify Existing Businesses)

  • check if the license is active. (Modify Existing Businesses > Licenses tab)
