Check for businesses with license expiration dates that occur prior to license issued dates

Checkout and Recalculate

Look for a license that has an expiration date before the issue date. In most cases, the expiration date should be a date that's after the issue date.

Checking the license expiration date

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select License Information.

3. Click to select the Check for licenses with no license billings checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

A license with an expiration date before the issue date will be included in the error report.

Solution

To fix this issue, choose an option.

change the expiration date to a date after the issue date. (Modify Existing Businesses)
change the issue date to a date before the expiration date. (Modify Existing Businesses)
