Check for active licenses missing issued and/or expiration dates
Checkout and Recalculate
Search for an active license that doesn't have an issue date, expiration date, or both an issued date and expiration date. An active license should have the date when the license was issued and the date when the license is expired.
Checking for license dates
1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.
2. Click to select License Information.
3. Click to select the Check for active licenses missing issued and/or expiration dates checkbox.
4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
A license that is missing an issued date or expiration date will be included in the error report.
Solution
To fix this issue,

add the missing issue date or expiration date to the license. The license should have both dates recorded. (Modify Existing Businesses > Licenses tab)

remove the license from the business, if the license was added by mistake. (Modify Existing Businesses > Licenses tab)
