Check for non-closed businesses with a closed date

Checkout and Recalculate

Search for a business that's active that has a closed date. Only a business that's closed should have a closed date.

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Business Information.

3. Click to select the Check for credit balances to reallocate checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

to fix an open business with a close date,

Remove the closed date from the business. (Businesses > Modify existing businesses) [More]
Change the business status to closed. (Businesses > Modify existing businesses) [More]
