Check for inactive businesses with active licenses

Search for an inactive business that's tied to an active license. When a business is inactive, then the licenses that are tied to it should also be inactive.

Checking for an inactive business with active licenses

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Business Information.

3. Click to select the Check for inactive businesses with active licenses checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Solution

To fix this error, choose an option.

If the inactive business status is correct, change the license status to inactive. (Businesses > Modify Existing Business) [More]
