How do I set the minimum billing amount?

Bill the minimum amount instead of the calculated amount.

 

Setting the Minimum billing amount

1. Open Connect Accounts Receivable > Organization > Rates.

2. Use the field titled Rate to enter a rate number or description. Press Enter.

 

 

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Bill Minimum Amount.

 

 

4. Use the field titled Bill Minimum Amount to enter an amount.

 

 

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

If the calculated amount is less than the minimum amount allowed, the rate will bill the minimum amount.
