Web service requests from Connect

Get Customer Statement Dates

Connect uses the customer number to provide a list of the customer's statement dates.

Get Statement Transactions

Connect uses the customer number and statement date to provide the customer balance as of the statement date to display the transactions on the Statements tab in Inquiry.

If the customer is balance forward, Connect will display the balance as of the statement date prior to the entered date. Connect will include any transactions that occurred between the prior statement date and the entered statement date.

If the customer is open item, Connect will retrieve all open and unpaid transactions as of the statement date prior to the entered date. Connect will include transactions that occurred between the prior statement date and the entered statement date.

Get Activity Since Last Statement

For a given customer, get the customer's balance as of the current date.

Get Customer Last Statement Balance

For a given customer, get the balance as of the customer's most recent statement date.

Get Customer Current Balance

For a given customer, get the customer's balance as of the current date.

Get Transactions Related to Invoice

For a given invoice, get related transactions. Related transactions include credit memos and payments.

Get Open Invoices

For a given customer, get open and unpaid transactions.

Customer balance by invoice query

Xpress Bill Pay provides the customer number and invoice number.

Connect uses the Xpress Bill Pay customer number and invoice number to show the customer name; description; invoice date, input date, payment due date, and discount date; department; amount; and balance.

Invoice detail transaction query

Xpress Bill Pay provides the customer number and invoice number.

Connect uses the Xpress Bill Pay customer number and invoice number to show the invoice amount, comment, description, discount allowed, extended price, freight, sequence number, date, quantity, unit price, and multiplier; and the category code, description, and type.

Customer balance query

Xpress Bill Pay provides the customer number.

Connect uses the Xpress Bill Pay customer number to display the customer number and balance.
