How do I view attachments? (Inquiry)

Invoices

To view the attachment in Inquiry, you will need to add the Attachments column to the Transactions tab. If an invoice is tied to an attachment, you'll see a paperclip icon. Clicking on the paperclip icon will show the attachment in preview mode. Watch a video (0m59s)

Adding the Attachments column

1. Open Connect Accounts Receivable > Inquiry.

2. Click to select the Transactions tab.

3. Right-click on the header row of the transaction grid and then select Column Chooser.

4. Click and drag Attachments from the Drag and Drop Columns window to the header row.
