Manage the shipping addresses.

A shipping address is the address where goods and services are sent. Use Shipping Addresses to save the shipping addresses you will use to instruct vendors to ship goods and services.

Adding a shipping address

1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Organization > Shipping Addresses.

2. Click New (CTRL+N).

3. Enter the Description.

This is the name of the shipping address.

4. Enter the Contact.

This is the name of the person who will answer inquiries at the shipping address location.

5. Enter the shipping address.

This is the physical location of the shipping address that will receive shipped items.

6. Enter the Email.

This is the email address for the contact at the shipping address.

7. Click Save (CTRL+S).  

The shipping address is saved.

 

Removing a shipping address

1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Organization > Shipping Addresses.

2. Use the Lookup bar to enter a shipping address description. Press Enter.

3. Click Delete (CTRL+D).

The shipping address is deleted.
