2022 Accounts Payable Year-end Checklist

 

If you are filing electronic 1099s, fill in the information on the Electronic Filing tab. Organizations filing 250 or more 1099s are required to file electronic 1099s.

How do I set up electronic filing information for 1099s?

1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Government Reporting > Organization.

2. Click to select the Federal tab.

3. Click to select the Electronic Filing tab.

4. Enter the 1099 Contact Information.

Complete this section if your organization is filing 1099s electronically. Connect use this information to create the electronic 1099 file.

  • Yes, the 1099 contact information is correct. Continue to the next step.

  • No, the 1099 contact information is NOT correct. Edit and replace it with the correct information.
