Approval Groups

 

An approval group is a collection of users who have the authority to review and approve certain items or requests in an organization. An approval group is used with an approval process to select the users who will have authority to approve or deny the request to set up a business or business license. 

An approval group can be tied to an approval step. You can tie an approval group to more than one approval step. And you can use an approval group in more than one approval process.
