How do I adjust invoices?
Reverse an invoice detail entry.
Reverse an invoice or reverse an item on an invoice. Adjust Invoices will display only unpaid invoices. To reverse a paid invoice, use Void Checks.

Adjusting invoices
1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Invoices and Payments > Adjust Invoices.
The Options form displays.
2. Enter the Input Date and GL Period and then click OK.
The Enter Values form displays.
3. Set up the Enter Values form.
You can use the Enter Values form to filter invoices.
What do you want to do?
Show all invoices. Set the column titled Value to ALL. Press OK.
Filter invoices. Replace ALL with the number or date. Press OK.
Connect filters the invoice detail and displays the information in the transaction grid.
4. Click to select the invoice item or items to reverse.
Press and hold CTRL as you click to select more than one invoice item. To select a range, press and hold SHIFT.

5. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Connect creates a reversing entry for each invoice item.
