How do I view budget information? (Connect Online) (2021.02)

Connect Online - Purchase orders

Look up budget information by GL account while you're working in Connect Online. To do this, enter the GL account and then click. It's the button at the end of the GL Account box.

The budget information will be displayed on the screen. It will show you the budget, open encumbrances in Accounts Payable, and the detail amount for the purchase order that you are viewing.
