How do I exclude terminated vendors from my search results?

Accounts Payable Lookup Widget 

Stop the search results from including terminated vendors. When this option is not selected, only active vendors will be included in the search results. The default setting will show active and terminated vendors. The search results list shows the vendor information and the termination date if the vendor was terminated.

Excluding terminated vendors from my search results

1. Open My Dashboard.

2. On the Accounts Payable Lookup widget, click Settings .

3. Remove the checkmark from the Include Terminated Vendors checkbox.

4. Click OK. 

 

Including terminated vendors in my search results

1. Open My Dashboard.
