Connect Online Accounts Payable
Use Connect Online to enter invoices. When an invoice is submitted in Connect Online, you will be able to view the invoice in Connect Online and Connect Accounts Payable. To enter invoices online, the you will need the user rights to access the Enter Invoices page.

Added sales tax to the invoice details page. The sales tax is not tied to the sales tax rate. You can manually type in the sales tax amount without selecting a sales tax rate. (2023.08).

Entering invoices using Connect Online
1. Click the Applications icon.
It's located on the toolbar on the left side of the window.

2. In the Accounts Payable section, click Enter Invoices.

3. Use the Enter Invoices page to add the invoice information.
These are the same fields that you would see if you were using the Accounts Payable application to enter an invoice. When you're done adding the invoice properties, click the Continue button to add line items to the invoice.

Saving my invoice
When you finish adding the invoice information and invoice detail, click at the bottom of the Details page.

To enter an invoice with multiple lines, click the Add Detail button at the bottom of the Details tab. The detail is saved and it displays in the transaction grid on the Detail page.

Customizing my invoice transaction grid
The invoice transaction grid displays at the bottom of the Detail Entry page. It works like other transaction grids to show the invoice sequences that are attached to the invoice that you're currently working on. You can change the columns that show up in the grid and the display order. You cannot remove required columns but you can add columns. Watch a video (0m57s)

Adding an attachment to an invoice
If you are using Amazon S3 account to store your attachments, you can add an attachment to an invoice. You can show the attachments panel or you can hide the panel if you'd rather make your workspace larger for entering invoice information. Watch a video (0m57s)
