How do I add/remove attachments? (Connect Online)

Connect Online Accounts Payable 

Use Connect Online to use an internet browser, smart phone, or tablet to add or remove attachments from invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions. You can see the attachments that have been added in Connect or Connect Online.

This feature supports adding and removing attachments using the Amazon S3 interface, Connect, and Connect Online. It allows an approver to attach a file to the item that is being reviewed. For example, you can use the Attachments column to add additional documentation, receipts, an explanation, and so on. The attachments are linked to the invoice, purchase order, or requisition.

This feature is for users who are set up as an approver for invoices, purchase orders, or requisitions. It is available in the 2023.02 release. 

 

Adding the Attachments column

1. Open the Approve Invoices/Approve Purchase Orders/Approve Requisitions page in Connect Online. 

2. Click Column Chooser .

3. In the Column Chooser window, scroll down to find Attachments and then click and drag it to the heaing row in the grid.

Adding an attachment

To add an attachment, click +. A + sign means the item does not have any attachments. 

Viewing an attachment

To view an attachment, double-click the paperclip to open the attachment in a viewer.  

Removing an attachment

To remove an attachment, double-click the paperclip to open the attachment and then click the trash can to delete it.
