How do I add an attachment during the approval process?
Connect Online Accounts Payable - Approvers
If you're an approver, you can attach receipts, PDFs, Word, photos, and so on during the approval process so you can add documentation to justify changes to the invoice, requisition, or purchase order that may impact the approval process.
In the previous version, an approver needed to contact the department manager to attach documentation after the invoice, requisition, or purchase order is approved. Changes in 2023.02 allow the approver to add attachments to an invoice, requisition, or purchase order during the approval process without contacting the department manager.
Requirements
-
The invoice, requisition, or purchase order must be submitted for approval.
-
You must be approver assigned to the invoice, requisition, or purchase order.
