How do I change the years of history to keep?


Choose how many years of transaction history to keep in the Asset Management application. In version 2022.05 and earlier, the application used the prior fiscal year end as the default period for keeping transaction history. In version 2022.08 or later, you can set the period to keep the transaction history. Connect uses the period to keep transaction history to set the default date for routines that delete transactions, for example, the Delete Disposed Assets routine. 


Changing the years of history to keep 

1. Open Connect Asset Management > Organization > Organization. 

2. Use the Keep [x] Years of History box to enter the number of years to keep the transaction history.
