How do I delete a fee?

Remove a fee.

Has the fee been used to create a license, update a license, or renew a license? If the answer is yes, then the system will not allow you to delete the fee. Instead, try setting up a new fee with a new description and amount.

Deleting a fee

1. Connect Animal License > Organization > Fees.

2. Enter the fee's description in the Lookup bar. Press Enter.

3. Click Delete (CTRL+D).

The fee record has been deleted.
