User Rights
When a user attempts to log in and fails, Connect will count the number of failed log ins. When the number of failed log ins is greater than the number of log in attempts allowed in the organization's security settings, Connect will lock the user account. To unlock the user account, an application administrator will need to reset the user account so the user can log in.
1. Open System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.
2. Remove the checkmark from the Login Locked checkbox.

The locked out setting is reset.
