User Rights
When a user fails to log in within the number of attempts allowed by the application administrator, Connect will lock the user account as a security precaution. The locked account prevents people from logging on. However, you may have a user who has accidentally triggered the account lock. The application administrator can use User Security to unlock the user's account, which will allow the user to log in.
1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.
2. Use the Look Up bar to enter the user name. Press Enter.
3. Click to deselect the checkbox Lock Login.
The user account is unlocked.
